WestFax Springs Private Events & Group Reservations
We love hosting groups of all sizes—from casual gatherings to full-blown celebrations. To keep things running smoothly for our team and other guests, here’s how we handle reservations and private events:
Small Group Reservations (up to 15 guests)
What’s included: Reserved seating for up to 15 people inside the taproom, rooftop patio, or beer garden, depending on availability.
How to book: Submit a reservation request through our form or email us at events@westfaxbrewingcompany.com.
When: Subject to availability; we recommend at least 72 hours notice.
Cost: No charge to reserve; we just ask that your party arrives within 15 minutes of the reserved time.
Limitations: No outside food or beverage without prior approval. Seating is not exclusive—your group will be seated in shared areas.
Large Group & Section Reservations (15+ guests or exclusive use of space)
For larger groups or if you’d like to reserve a specific section—like our rooftop patio, indoor taproom, or a large area of the beer garden:
Minimum Spend: A food & beverage minimum may apply, depending on day, time, and size of your group. We’ll confirm this during booking.
Auto Gratuity: A 20% gratuity will be automatically added to all tabs for reserved sections.
Deposit: A refundable deposit or credit card on file may be required to secure your date.
Outside Food / Catering: Allowed with prior approval. We also work with local food trucks and partners—ask us about current options.
Decorations / Setup: Welcome with some limitations (no confetti, glitter, or open flames).
Private Events & Buyouts
Looking for a fully private event space? We offer full buyouts of the taproom, rooftop, or entire facility during select hours.
Pricing: Varies by day and season. Includes dedicated staff, event coordination, and access to our full beverage menu.
Capacity: Up to 150 people depending on space.
Booking: Minimum 3 weeks notice. Please contact our events team to start a conversation.
Additional Notes
We are family- and dog-friendly, but dogs must remain leashed at all times
Outside entertainment (live music, DJs, etc.) must be pre-approved.
All guests must be 21+ unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
